This International Migrants Day, TAYO honors and celebrates migrant stories and lives.

In the days surrounding December 18, 2020, International Migrants Day, we will be posting stories, asking questions, and sharing resources for migrants.

 

Our celebration's aim is to amplify voices and stories of migrants from all walks of life and regions of the world.

CONTEST DATES

Contest Opens: 30 November 2020
Deadline for submissions: 12 December 2020, 10 pm GMT. 

Announcement of winners: 19 December 2020.

PRIZES

• All participants in the contest will receive a TAYO - KICKSTART 2021 Financial Wellbeing Guide (PDF). 

• There will be prizes for 4 winning entries -including a people's choice prize!

• Prizes will be personalized, with a set of self care and/or career & life coaching sessions for each winner.

• The Kickstart 2021 Financial Wellbeing Guide and main prizes will be shared 2 to 4 weeks following the contest completion.

SUBMISSION DETAILS

You may submit your entry in any language and from any country, but please indicate the name of the language in your submission. The competition is open to all migrants of any nationality around the world. Only one entry per participant will be considered.

1. What year did you first become a migrant and what was the reason behind your migration? 

2. What was the biggest challenge that you've had to overcome as a migrant?

3. What makes you proud to be a migrant? 

(Maximum 200 words per question - approximately 1200 characters)

• By submitting your entry via the form below, you give TAYO International the permission to share your written submissions publicly on any of our communication channels, whether in written or spoken form.
